GuideLab is currently in private beta. You're using a free prerelease build, not a purchase. The sections below describe how licensing works once the paid release ships.

What you're buying

GuideLab is a one-time-purchase desktop license, not a subscription. A single license key unlocks the app on a limited number of devices at once (shown at checkout). You can install and reinstall as many times as you like on those devices, and there's no ongoing fee and no expiration.

License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GuideLab on your own devices, subject to the activation limit on your key. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key.

Purchases and payment

LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record for all purchases: they process payment, collect and remit any applicable sales tax/VAT, and are who your receipt and billing charge will come from. Their own buyer terms govern the transaction itself.

Refunds

If GuideLab isn't working out for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.

Your data

GuideLab stores your guides and screenshots locally on your own computer. We never see them, and there's no server for them to live on. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

GuideLab is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it stable and useful, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GuideLab. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

We may update these terms as the product changes; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
